With regard to Te`mexw, the parties completed the paraphrasing the Te`mexw agreement in June 2014. The agreement in principle is expected to be signed in 2015 and begin final contract negotiations. Partnership agreements between the Government of Canada, First Nations or their delegated organizations and provinces allow for the exchange of resources and practices, stronger results and better outcomes for students. Tripartite agreements also ensure that First Nations students who move from reserve to extra-reserve provincial schools receive full support. Partnership negotiations are underway across the country, some of which have already been signed. Carcross/Tagish First Nation has filed a notice with the Yukon Dispute Resolution Resolution Board to teach mediation in accordance with Section 24.0 of the First Nation Autonomy Agreement. In September 2012, Canada and Carcross/Tagish First Nation cooperated with the Yukon Dispute Council and a mutually acceptable mediator to discuss the issue. Discussions that are part of the mediation are confidential to the parties involved. The mediation parties agreed to end the conciliation process and conduct a tripartite discussion, including the Yukon government, to explore options outside the mediation process. As part of the Canadian government`s 1995 intrinsic legal policy, self-management agreements can be negotiated simultaneously with land and resources under comprehensive appeal agreements. The Government of Canada is prepared, if the other parties agree, to constitutionally protect certain aspects of self-management agreements as contractual rights within the meaning of Section 35 of the Constitution Act of 1982. While the Chilkoot Trail National Historic Site is located in British Columbia, the Yukon Field Unit is responsible for its geographic location and ease of use. The land operates in the same way as park areas covered by Yukon First Nation claim agreements.

Kwanlin Don First Nation and Whitehorse RCMP have signed an agreement that they believe lays the groundwork for better community policing work. First Nation Education Council Quebec Memorandum of Understanding (2012) The agreement to support the success of First Nations students was originally negotiated in 2012 between the First Nation Board of Education (FNEC), represented by the Quebec-Labrador Assembly of First Nations; Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada. The parties decided to extend the agreement for a further five-year period on May 4, 2017. The aim of the agreement is to improve the academic success of FNEC members of the First Nation students. The FNEC represents 22 First Nations, 17 of whom are participating in the agreement. The 17 participating communities represent 5,275 students, of whom 4,085 (77%) School visits to the band. Different types of self-management agreements can be negotiated.
Application autonomy is negotiated in accordance with global land use contracts. Autonomous autonomy is not negotiated with comprehensive agreements on land rights. These agreements are generally negotiated by the Indian Act First Nations and cover the First Nation reserve. Autonomous agreements can be comprehensive and cover a number of thematic areas, or sector governance agreements, as well as one or two additional topics (. B for example, education, child welfare). Public government agreements deal with Aboriginal autonomy, which was negotiated through broader public government, as is the case in Nunavut.
